REFUND POLICY
At April Nordic, each item is carefully curated and inspected before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on April Nordic are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and shipped.
Damaged or Broken Items
A refund or replacement will only be considered if an item arrives broken or damaged.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged item and original packaging must be provided.
Items reported outside this timeframe will not be eligible for review.
Once the claim is verified, we will offer either:
a replacement (subject to availability), or
a refund for the affected item only.
No Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for any reason.
Please ensure you are satisfied with product details, measurements, colours, and descriptions before completing your purchase. We strongly encourage customers to ask all questions prior to payment.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout. April Nordic will not be responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses or phone numbers provided by the customer.
